I really love the idea of trying out different breathing techniques and I’m very curious to see what this can do for me. I’m especially fond of the fact that it’s an incredibly short exercise that will refocus my mind in just 60 seconds! Let me know how this works for you!

I thought this was an excellently written article. I can only attest to my personal experience but music education deserves to be a part of every child’s schooling. There are more than enough studies to support the overwhelming benefits of a curriculum that includes music.
